Hi,
I still have my 1541 without the ROM chip. So ok, now I know that I can
replace it with a 2764 eprom, but I do not understand why the ROM image
on funet is one file, and apparently I have two rom chips on my 1541,
UB3 and UB4 (only UB3 is missing). But UB4 is a 2364 901229-05. Which is
the ROM image I must burn on a 2764???. Are they two ROM chips or only
one??? Do I have to burn two eprom chips???, in that case how with only
one image file??? What I'm missunderstanding??
Also, the 2764 eprom has 28 pins an the original 2364 rom has 24 pins,
how can I adapt it???
Thanx everyone.
PS: Riccardo, I sent you an email about if you can send me the chip, but
apparently you have not received it.
